Amalgame Montréal can welcome you through the PAAS Action program of Emploi Québec. To be eligible, you must be a recipient of one of the following programs: Social Assistance, Social Solidarity, or Basic Income.
This program is designed to help individuals who are distanced from the labor market find their way back to employment, while also breaking social isolation.
How does it work?
- Duration and Schedule: Participation is 20 hours per week, with the possibility of a gradual schedule during the first three months to progressively reach 20 hours.
- Personalized Pathway: Your journey is reviewed once a year to adjust objectives to your reality and, if needed, request an extension. Monthly follow-ups are offered, or more frequently depending on your needs.
- Supportive Environment: You will be welcomed in a safe, human, and stimulating space where you are supported every step of the way.
Our Special Events and Outings :
At Amalgame Montréal, we don’t just build skills — we create a real community. Outings (Planetarium, bowling, adapted climbing, etc.), customized training sessions based on participants’ needs, and themed celebrations (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day…) are all part of the experience.
Every activity is an opportunity to learn and to build connections.
Because growing together is also part of the journey toward autonomy.
